    Can Pivot Tables be Dynamic?

Can charts created from pivot tables update automatically as the data set used to create the table changes? Or do you need to redo the pivot table/create new chart every time changes are made to the raw data?

I am basically trying to use a pivot table/chart that shows costs on a weekly basis over a 1 year time period. As the year is not complete, future months will be zero. I can create the table/chart and show this accurately. The problem is when I add the next weeks costs and the table/chart does not update.

I am really new to pivot tables/charts so any advice is welcomed.

Just refresh the pivot table (Analyze > Refresh).
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

    No problem.

It's worth making sure that your pivot table SOURCE is set to be dynamic, so that as you add to your source data, you don't need to change the pivot table source. A listobject TABLE is best, but you could also use a dynamic named range.
