Pivot table for this Data?

I am focusing on the call back column. If I fill in a date to call back in that column I want excel to pull the entire row and place it in a table or list on the first tab. that way I can look at the first tab and have a list of all of the people I need to call back. it would have the entire row with all info I need.

You can do this with a pivot table.

I created on (Sheet 2) which picks up all the fields from your data, displayed in tabular format.

The Call back field is a filter so you can just select the date you need.
