converting times in pivot table

I work with multiple fire departments in our county and track various times relating to responses to emergencies.

From CAD reports I get the following information


Dispatch Time Enroute Time On Scene
01/01/2015 14:33:47 01/01/2015 14:35:10 01/01/2015 14:39:43

I can subtract enroute time from dispatch time and get an answer in h:mm:ss format; however, when I open this info in pivot table the h:mm:ss is displayed in this format -42581.92434 When I click on format for this number it shows general and I cannot use the format function to change it to h:mm:ss

How do I convert this to h:mm:ss
