Pivot Table with Multiple Data in Single Column

Hello,

We deal with a supermarket chain in Australia that has multiple rebates against single products and then accumulates them against the most complex matrix possible when claiming.

Please see attached. the data up top is what I can extract from SAP.

The table at the bottom is what their claim sheet looks like. There are about 20 products all with up to 8 different rebate types and up to 20 different rebate %ages.
