Please help me identify this graph and tell me how to plot it

Hi, I am attaching a picture of a graph that I would like to use in my report. I do not know how to generate the same and request you to kindly assist me in the same. Here the area of the color in each quadrant is proportional to the number of the value of that quadrant. Each quadrant is basically a factor.

Do you know for a fact that it has been produced by some charting software and if so whether that is Excel, and if it is would you upload the workbook.

It may simply be that it is produced in Excel but NOT with the charting functionality. It could be simply four separate shape rectangles whose dimensions and positions relative to the central position are worked out by a macro.

I have this image in a presentation and do not have any excel workbook with this chart. How can this be generated with Macros? I have not worked with macros before. . Can I get some help on making this using macro. . .
