Selecting filters on multiple pivot tables

Hi everyone, I hope y'all are off today and enjoying the holiday.

I have 22 pivot tables. The common filter on these is the City. There's a report (by City) on each of the results of the pivot tables. The report is easy. It is simply a grid with a question and answer. The answer is a number generated when the pivot table is filtered on the City. But, it is cumbersome to click each filter on 22 tables and sometimes I miss one. I would like to create a macro to do that for me.

I am not VBA illiterate, I used to write DOS Scripts all the time. But I am not fully VBA Fluent either. I'm wondering if I record a macro of me clicking all of the city filters and then edit the macro if I can make a text box appear so I can type in the city. Does that sound feasible or is there a better way?

Well I got to get back to work. It's only a holiday for some :-)

    Thanks for looking.

It was very helpful. It didn't do exactly what I needed, but a bit more reading elsewhere and some mods later .... voila. Thanks Much.
