Adding second set of data labels

I have a bar chart for top 10 parts. X-axis is part # and y-axis is # of days past due. I also have the quantity for each of these part #s, which I want to include as a second data label on the y-axis. I've added the data for the second y-axis, but I don't see where I can choose a secondary axis. I've attached my chart to reference. Thanks!

    Hello,

The chart links to workbooks on your hard drive, not to the data in the sheet.

The secondary axis can only be shown when there is a series plotting on the secondary axis. Both your series are plotted on the first axis.

You need to select the COUNT OF PARTS series, format it and send it to the secondary axis. Then you can select the secondary axis.

    cheers, teylyn

Right click the series and select Format. It's hard to select the series because the values are so small. Manually change one value to a bigger number, so you can select the series, format it, then change the value back to what it was.

I don't have Excel 2007, so I can't send screenshots. In XL 2010 there is a dropdown on the Chart Tools > Format ribbon where you can select the series. Underneath that is the command to Format the selection. That's another way to get to the format dialog for the series.
