Chart calculates Months

Hi,

I have created a table in which months and years may not be continuous. When i create a chart for the same, excel calculates the months in between. how can I stop this. I just want my chart to look like the table i created. I have attached the same for your understanding.

Format your x-axis, and change the axis type to "Text Axis"
