How to add trendline to candlestick chart

Hi,
i need to add a trendline (SMA) based on the values in a separate column F to my candlestick chart:

Is this somehow possible? The trendline needs to appear as a line graph on the candlestick chart. If i add the F column as series then it just messes up the existing candlesticks.

I have very limited experience with Excel's stock charts, but it seems that they have limited flexibility when you want to do something a little bit beyond what they are designed to do.

I suspect that the best way around this is to learn how to build Excel's stock charts from scratch, rather then using the built in option. An OHLC always looked to me like a simple "box and whiskers" plot, which is basically a stacked column chart.
