Pivot table with multiple results - can I have it all on one row?

    I'm attaching my example.

Is it possible to make a multiple columns of "Class Failing," "Grade," and "Teacher" if a student has more than one? Instead of a new row?

I'm trying to take the information on the "Pivot" tab to the "Grade Sheets" tab and I'm having difficulty when it is in multiple rows instead of multiple columns.

    Hi,
Do you agree with this solution ? (using repetitive names in the pivot table then index/match in the last sheet)
Grade Check Sheets Test 2 dlevisay.xlsm

At first glance, it looks like something I could possibly manipulate.

Let me ask you a question - would the data from the "Import Grades" tab be easier to use to move to the "Grade Sheets" tab? I'm only using the pivot table because another poster suggested it.
