I need some help on working on Calculated field.

Hi,

Both questions may be resolved merely by grouping items within the respective fields.

Hello,
You can easily do this by using Power Query, but I see that you are using so Ex2007 advice Colleague above probably will odpiwiednia.
I suggest you (of course, If you can move to a higher version Ex).

Oh, so it is not possible with the existing version.

I have my own constraints in upgrading the new higher version, since in work for an organization.

Do you actually wish the grand totals from pivot table 1 to be part of pivot table 2? If not, then simply grouping the items will suffice.
