How to sort by values across different columns?

Hi,
I have a problem sorting values. I have a huge list with names (under Column 1) and Party Affiliation across the columns. Underneath is their attendance rate. Now I am trying to make a bar where these are all sorted by value, but whenever I click sort, it sorts only across one specific column, not all of them. For example, row#3 says 10, so it should logically be behind row #8, which says 12. How do I do this sort of sorting?Untitled.png

The easiest way is to add a helper column that adds the values along each row. Sort by that helper column and then (if you wish) delete it.
