Conditional Format 'Applies To' Range Changes on Pivot Table Refresh

    Afternoon all,

I've created a conditional format which sits on top of a pivot table and highlights the whole row (from columns A to F) each time the criteria is met. The problem I've got is that when I refresh the pivot table the range the conditional format applies to changes to exclude the value areas. It goes from =A$:F$ to =$A$1:$F$5,$A$156:$F$1048576,$A$6:$D$155

Any idea how to resolve this?

    Regards,

    Hi,

I think you will have to apply the same conditional formatting rule to the data field(s) separately. I cannot find any other way to make the formatting stick.
