Text to been shown in Pivot table

When i create a pivot table the (Attn) will be in count, I would want the same thing to appear in pivot as well. Is there option ?

This is for my call center monthly report. i have attached the file as well.

I am not sure if this will help at all, but have you tried changing the way you look at your pivot?
If you create your pivot the following way:
In the Filter field, put NAME
In the Columns field, put ATTENDANCE
In the Rows, put DATE
in the Values, COUNT OF ATTENDANCE

Since (I am assuming) you have only a few people (NAMES), you can select each person's name in the filter separately, or duplicate the pivot as needed for each person, or for all together.

I was able to use this for a similar issue. I am sure there are better ways, but this worked for me! I am attaching your file back - See Sheet 1
