Attached is two tabs, xero dump is a SQL database table with data that I've modified since its out financials to avoid disclosure issues but allow the spreadsheet experience to help solve the problem. All tab is a pivot table income statement that was 100% complete until we added two new accounts with data. The issue is these accounts instead of adding themselves near the other accounts by acsending order they are underneath the entire formatted table but still apart of the pivot table. I want to group 4001,4002, 4003, 4004, 4025, 4050, and 4005 which is on the bottom in one group that is Gross revenue located at the top. Any idea why i can't just highlight those accounts and click group like before and then all of those accounts will be at the top in a group. Instead it puts one group but lists it twice once at the top and once at the bottom. I have the same issue for account 6250 as well and I need it in the group with the 6xxx's. Any ideas what I could try?
