I have not take the time to fully reverse engineer the logic you used to create the cells, so I am not sure exactly what formulas you would use. The key principle to creating a Gantt chart is to realize that a Gantt chart is really just a specially formatted stacked bar chart. The basic procedure will be to use the table you have to create another table with the data for the stacked bar chart. Then insert and format the stacked bar chart to give the look that you want.
Another complication that you have is that, in your case, it looks like you are going to want a "clustered and stacked" bar chart: http://peltiertech.com/clustered-sta...mn-bar-charts/ Note that most of the work of creating such a chart is in arranging the data in the spreadsheet. Once the data is properly arranged, the chart is fairly easy to create.
I would recommend that you spend some time with the clustered and stacked bar chart tutorial. Once you understand how that works, then you can adapt it to your clustered and stacked Gantt chart that you are trying to create.
