excel drill down double click showing more on mac than pc

I've attached a spreadsheet with multiple tabs. Its a pivot table. The issue is when you drill down on a PC by double clicking the number lets say April 2016 account 7205. Then you should only see it for that specific time period, account, and department. On PC is does just that however once I sent this out to my colleagues that use a MAC when they drill down it does drill down correctly for the time period and account but not for the department. I thought well maybe I sent them out a pivot table that I didn't filter on the correct department but that wasn't it either. Any ideas? Is this a known issue or a compatibility thing, if so does anyone have a link so I can share with my boss that this is a known issue and or is there a fix. Thanks.
