Dates not in order in graph

Hi everyone,

I have Excel 2010 and a problem with my graph. The months are not in order as they should be and I cannot change the order manually (see attachment). Who has an idea what the problem could be?

What chart type? What axis type? Are the dates true date serial values, or are the text strings that look like dates? If you are using a scatter chart or any other chart with a date axis and your dates are true date serial numbers, then the dates should be in order. If they are not, I expect it is either because A) your chart is using a text axis and you need to change it to a date axis (format axis dialog) or B) Excel is defaulting to a text axis because your dates are text strings that look like dates and you need to convert them to real date values using text*1, text*0, VALUE(text), DATEVALUE(text), or similar.
