Excel inverted line graph, not switch row / column

I am plotting a line graph where the X axis labels are long statements, each associated with a value in the Y axis. The usual line graph in Excel plots this with the X axis labels at the bottom, and reading is difficult in this way. I want to still have a line graph but with the X axis displayed vertically on the left and the Y axis numbers horizontally, but not in the way that switch row / column works. The attached graph (Excel line graph.png) shows how Excel normally plots this, quite normal. The second attachment is how I really want it plotted (this one was done in Highcharts) in Excel. Is there anyone that knows how to do this?
