    Change the ratio between the columns and the gaps between them, stacked column char

    Hi again

    I have a stacked vertical column chart, no problem. Can I widen the columns and reduce the width of the gaps between them. I'm sure I've done this before but cannot find the trick now. I have Excel 2007. Thanks as always. K

    Select one of the data series -> Format data series (either from the chart formatting menu or right click on the series and select format series from the context menu) -> Find the gap width option within that dialog -> change the gap width slider to the desired value.
