Need Help in plotting the data into graphical representation

I am not sure what you want the chart to look like, not sure what you mean by 3D instead of 2D, nor is it clear what your desired Y values are. I find that a lot of charting questions really end up being about the spreadsheet and less about the chart. In this case, I think you need to rearrange the data to better. The most common and easiest data arrangement will be to have the desired X values going down the left side of the table, the desired series labels going across the top of the table, with the desired Y values in the body of the table.
