i'm looking for excel formula to determine "remaining",
the figure out this problem subtract "Budget with "Actual in the same name
like this table attachment

e.g Jones "budget-total actual = 95-20-10
any help, greatly appreciated..

thanks but not fully working, i mean in Jan & Feb, the result is same and
i hope you would help me, how to calculated the fields in Pivot feature,..

the result should be running with subtract based on period date..
