Marking a leader board for my class

Hi,

I have a list of students and i would like some help to turn this data in to a colourful leader board.

Column E is there target progress
Column D is there progress so far

Column C is there deadline date

Could some one help me to turn this data in to a ranking system?

You could try organizing the data with a pivot table.
