Hi,

I need help turning this data into a colourful leaderboard for my class

Column E is there target progress
Column D is there current progress
Column C is there finishing date

All three of these columns are linked and i need to rank the students in a learboard of progress.

D should be greater than E but C is a deadline date


If someone could help i would be grateful as Excel is not my strong point.
