Help with data tab and multiple graphics per month

First off I hope I am posting this in the right section!

In the attached file I am working on something for HR.

on the HR Dashboard tab, I want to be able to select a specific month from cell H2 (example; March) and I want all the graphics to update based on the data from the Reporting tab.

I assume I would have to use Pivot Charts but is there a way I can link H2 to all the charts for them to update the data ?

The proposed solution is only applied to the monthly respectful workplace chart. If it is acceptable and if you need help in applying to the other monthly charts let us know.
1) Placed a helper column (Q) on the reporting sheet that links to the month selected and the data for that month.
2) Changed the target of the selected data from Reporting!E1:E9 to Reporting Q1:Q9.
3) Linked Reporting!Q1 to HR Dashboards!H2.
4) Placed the following formula in Reproting!Q2: =INDEX(D2:O2,MATCH(Q1,D1:O1,0)) copied down to Q9
5) Placed the following formula in HR Dashboards V15: =Reporting!A1&" - "&Reporting!Q1&" "&Reporting!R2 and linked chart title to this cell.
6) Changed the data validation for HR Dashboards!H2 from column V to Reporting!D1:O1
7) Placed test data in Reporting!D2:F9
