I'm not entirely certain how you got to this point, but the Y values consist of a single value (C25) and the x values consist of C1:C24. I am guessing (because I have seen something similar before) that Excel really didn't know what to do with your two columns of data, so it really guessed wrong when it assigned ranges to the different fields of the series definition.
Assuming you want fpd_30 plotted as the y values and month-year (text???) as the x values:
1) Select the Y values field, and point Excel to use C2:C25 in this field.
2) Select the horizontal cateogory axis labels field and tell Excel to use B2:B25 for this field.
That should solve the problem. Sometimes, Excel really guesses wrong at chart creation what we want for data series. In those cases, you just have to go into the Select data dialog and tell Excel what you want.

Below is the printscreen:

I want to see fpd_30 (y values) plotted depended on month_year (as x values).

I would also note that printscreens/screenshots are less useful than an actual sample spreadsheet as we try to help you.
All of those values appear to be being treated as TEXT rather than NUMERIC. Also the alignment of the values, to the Left, would suggest text and not numbers or dates.
Try editing a cell and see if the alignment changes as Excel treats it as a number.
