Using Pivot Chart to display % of total group that have completed task

    Good morning

I have data group that lists if a person has completed one or more of 5 training sessions.

I can pivot totals etc to see how many people have done each of the 5 sessions.

Is there a way to use the pivot chart to display the % of the total number of people who have completed each training session?

Eg count the total names, and have the total number of completed session 1 as a % of those names? I would like it in a pie chart format if at all possible.

    example data attached.

The proposed work around doesn't involve a pivot table. It also changes the setup of the data range and adds two rows of percentages (completed and not completed), which could be moved and/or hidden. Instead of a slider, a data validation drop down is used and the cells that provide the data to the pie chart are beneath the drop down and hidden by the chart.
Thinking that this may provide a patch until a solution comes along.
