I have a bar chart (sample below). First bar is 16, then next is 15. look at the huge difference in the length. It looks more dramatic than it really is. Is there a way to adjust the axis so the difference doesn't look so noticeable?

Your picture does not tell us anything about the axis, so it is difficult to suggest what to change. I would guess that the axis minimum is about 14.4 with the major unit at 0.2. If that is indeed the case, then changing the axis minimum should "fix" this: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...3-f9ce41df0021
