Conditional Formatting (colours) in a pivot table

Good Evening All

Can anyone help with this please? I need some VBA to apply formatting to a pivot table.

If the cell to the left is less than current cell - fill Red
If the cell to the left is greater than current cell - fill green
If the cell to the left is equal than current cell - fill yellow
If the current cell is blank - fill gold


The size of the pivot could change at each run of the data so the range needs to be flexible?
