while doing the pivot table, im looking to check how much EX# that each candidate doing, but results in my pivot table is counted in the duplicate EX# as well
how to set it exclude the duplicate EX#?

Insert column after column C and paste the formula in D2 "=IF(SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A2=A2)*($C$2:$C2=C2))>1,0,1)" Then do pivot for Column A and Column D

If the basic problem is solved
- it's always a good practice to show respect to the person(s) who have helped you
