    Pivot table data, how to show the data w/o count in the duplicate data

    hi all

    while doing the pivot table, im looking to check how much EX# that each candidate doing, but results in my pivot table is counted in the duplicate EX# as well
    how to set it exclude the duplicate EX#?

    Hi Ladyeve1023,

    Insert column after column C and paste the formula in D2 "=IF(SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A2=A2)*($C$2:$C2=C2))>1,0,1)" Then do pivot for Column A and Column D

    If the basic problem is solved

    its work coz now I will be getting the correct data eg, miss Elaine doing 38 jobs.
    but can you please explain a little more of this formula : =IF(SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A2=A2)*($C$2:$C2=C2))>1,0,1)
