I have a table like this one: Jobs will be numbers, workers will be letters (1=job description, A,B...= names or workers, same letter is same name)
Job description||||||||Worker in charge|||||||||Active worker
1 ||||||||||||||||||||| A |||||||||||||||||||||||||||A, B
2 ||||||||||||||||||||| C |||||||||||||||||||||||||||C
3 ||||||||||||||||||||| B ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||A,B,C
I want to know how to make pivot table so i can see counts where my workers are.
a)I made one with ROWS: job descritpion COLUMN: workers in charge and VALUES: workers in charge, active worker. The thing is, table wont count active workers.
b)Then I put active coworkers in column too, but then under A in "worker in charge" column, I have A,B active workers under that.
So i have questions:
1. Can I make simple table with ROW: worker name COLUMNS: Worker in charge , active worker, and whole table to count them?
1. Can i somehow do this with this method a)?
2. Is there option in pivot table that i can use to somehow "merge" 2 columns in one, since I have same names there?
Thank you in advance. Sorry for my bad English.
