Dynamic PIVOT

Hi,

I tried figure out the best possible way but could not. I need help to build a pivot by calculated fields or VBA that with the Year and Month the following column headers is calculated
MAT 2016 - Sum from current month last year up to current month
YTD 2016 - Sum from Jan 2016 to current month
MAT 2017 - Sum from current month last year up to current month
YTD 2017 - Sum from Jan 2017 to current month

i have attached a sample outlay of the report to be clear.

Main Objective: TO remove the filtering of PIVOT and calculate manually(Current Way) to Use Slicer and auto populate the Column headers.

I figured out a way to add Calculated items of Measure such as Retail Revenue,VAT,Ret Rev excl VAT,Duty,Duty/hl. Now can anyone please suggest me to way so that when user select Say Month - march and Year 2017, Filter should be applied Month - April to March and Year - 2016 & 2017.
