Pivot table field setting with number and % at one view

    Hi All,

Need some help in regards to pivot table.
Attached are the snapshot pivot table that I created.

Every field are showing the data in volume.
On the field "FA" (which means forecast accuracy), how can I view the data in % across every week moving forward?
I just need that "FA" to show in %.

I know we can use the "Fields, Items, & Sets" to calculated the field but that I don't want to create so many unnecessary formulae for each product that I manage.
Could it be there's setting / format that I could have missed out?

Looking forward to hear from all from you.

    Thanks

    Regards

Re: Pivot table field setting with number and % at one view

And also is there a possibility to view the Pivot Chart with "volume" and "percentage" at the same time, since it's 2 different measurement?
for example Pivot Chart showed the actual vs. projection, and the "percentage" accuracy of the comparison...
