plot x vs y with category in legend

Hi,

I am completely new to charts in excel.

I have attached a file as example. I have made a chart myself in example to show what I want to achieve, and a brief explanation text. Example only shows plot for category A, but I want all categories in legend and chart.

What I want to do is to plot time(x-axis) vs level(y-axis) for each category. There will be two measure points for each category and I would like to have category as a legend. Shape of each point should be different for each category.

Really appreciate some help
