How to format an icon outside of the cell?

Hello, is formatting icons (arrow up +5%, arrow down -5%) only possible inside of the cell? Is it possible to do it inside of an object?

    Example attached.

One way is to take a picture of the cell under "Developer" but is there any other ways? Developer picture gets pixelated and the borders are gray which can't be changed.

You can use a couple of text boxes linked to 2 cells in order to display a red or green arrow.

If you use a chart object you can conditional display points with custom markers.

Wow, thanks! It works! However though, how did you insert multipile codes into one object shape?

When I copy the shape into a different square it only uses one code "=b10" but your code it changes from =b10 to =b11
