Custom scatter chart with a line

I am trying to chart data in excel. My points are (0,21) and (24,0). I am using a custom scatter chart with a line. Whenever I grab the data, it graphs it as (1,21) which is the order of it. I can not seem to get excel to use 0 as the first part. My data is not in text either.
