Capture forecast volume from wk1 to wk8

    Hi all expert,

    I need help.

I got 400 products with 4 type of forecast, which I need to capture every week 1 to week 8 for every week forecast submission.
Every week I would have different week 1 to week 8 forecast rolling as we move forward.
In short, in one year time, I would have 52 forecast submission, for the 400 products, for week 1 and week 8 rolling.

How can I capture this in excel spreadsheet, so that I can compare against actual....?

    Appreciate all the expert advice...

    Example as below:-

(Assuming now wk52, capture week 1 to week 8)

    Product A wk1 wk2 wk3 wk4 wk5 wk6 wk7 wk8
    Forecast A = 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800
    Forecast B = 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180
    Forecast C = 100, 0, 0, 100, 0, 0, 0, 100
    Forecast D = 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80

    Then next week wk2, wk3, wk4, wk5, wk6, wk7, wk8, wk9 with different number.

How can I snapshot every forecast submission, and snapshot 8 weeks rolling forecast, and when I have actual sales coming in, I can call out all the 8 week rolling forecast for all the 8 week submission.

Let me know if this require clarification.

    Thanks

    Regards

This sounds like it can be accomplished with dynamic ranges, however I am not going to set up a workbook to develop this besides I may not get the data laid out like you have it.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
