I would try adding another data series consisting of:
X value -- max x
Y value -- 0.1 and 0.16
size -- any reasonably value
Then select this series and add error bars to that series. Delete the vertical error bars, then format the horizontal error bars so that only the negative error bar shows and set it to 100%. Then set the size value to 0 to hide this second series, leaving only the negative horizontal error bar visible.

I will try your sugestion. But, I have one doubt, on the bubble chart i use 3 series:
Series 1 - Product name
Series 2 - Damage (in %)
Series 3 - Bubble Size (Total of product)
How i add the series 4 to the bubble chart?
Or, I just have to work only with the Error Bars??
Thank you!
I think you are misunderstanding. Those three sets of values together constitute a single data series. But, I have one doubt, on the bubble chart i use 3 series:
Series 1 - Product name
Series 2 - Damage (in %)
Series 3 - Bubble Size (Total of product)
I frequently use the "Select Data" dialog to add data series. Select the chart -> Design -> Select Data -> Add -> Select the desired ranges/values for X values, Y values, size values, and name for the new series. Exit the diaglogs, then continue adding error bars to this new series. How i add the series 4 to the bubble chart?
Understood.
Thanks a lot!
