With a list of names in H2 to H5, use this in I2, copied down:

    =SUMIF(B:B,H2,C:C)-SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$8=H2)*$D$2:$F$8)

    see sheet.

Jhon, cross-posting without notifying us breaks one of the fundamental rules of the Forum. The rule is there to prevent us wasting our time on problems that may have been solved by others, elsewhere. It seems that you have already got very close to a solution there, so I will not reply further here.
