Pivot table Calculated Field divide 2 different fields to get a percentage

I have a pivot table showing for Boss & Salespeople & their associated counts for Illus, App WoF & Issued based on a table. I get the counts based on a helper column that designates whether or not that record is a Illus, App, WoF or Issued entry.

    I need to calculate the % of App/Illus, WoF/App, Issued/App, Issued/Illus.

How can I do this? I've tried adding calculated fields but it doesn't give me the percentages that I'm looking for.

Please Help Me, I'm about to pull my hair out!

Include a file and show where you have a problem. Make calculations outside the pivot table so we know what you want to achieve.

    Unfortunately I can't.

Basically I have a data table with the below columns.

Criteria (this is where I designate the record as either an Illus, App, WoF, or Issued)
    Individual 1
    Individual 2
    Individual 3
    Individual 4
    Region
    Sales

The pivot table has the individuals in the rows and counts of the criteria.

Individual 1…Count of Illus…Count of App…Count of WoF…Count of Issued

I’d like to add % and have the columns shown as below

    Individual 1…Count of Illus…% App/Illus…Count of App…Count of WoF…% of WoF/App…Count of Issued

If this is because the paper clip icon doesn't work, sample workbooks can still be attached by clicking on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scrolling down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
If, on the other hand, the spreadsheet has sensitive information, then create a dummy spreadsheet as it is hard for me to visualize the setup of your data let alone find a solution based on what may or may not be a correct interpretation.

I'm on a work computer and do not have access to a personal computer right now. I am not allowed to download anything including dummy information on a work computer. I'll try to do so when I can but does anybody have any ideas based on what information I've provided?

    Hi,

Unless you have Power Pivot, you cannot create a calculation based on counts. It may be possible for you to add a new column to your data that simply returns 1 so that you can sum that as a counter, in which case you can then create a calculated field dividing one count by another.
