help - constant updated names pivot table

    Hello all,

I have an issue with a pivot table.

So I am pulling the data from a system which updates every morning and has new counterparties added to it. However, there are certain counterparties on this list which I need to remove. However, if i un-filter them when I update the pivot in the morning, any new counterparties added to the system overnight do not appear and I need them to appear.

Any ideas how to bypass this?

    Thank you,
    Chris

Do you click on "Refresh" (right click on the pivot table and then choose "Refresh" from the menu)?

    Hi,

Right click the field you are filtering and select Field Settings, then check the 'Include new items in manual filter' option.
