Pivot report to display total dollars worth work done by day

    Hi Experts
I am looking for a pivot solution, and I am not sure if it's possible. I need you, experts, to advise me

    Problem
I have two worksheets one Daily Production Report and the second one Production Schedule
The Production Schedule sheet has all the data for jobs scheduled for the day with column U with the value of the job built
What I need is a way to calculate how much work was done on a day in terms of dollar value
If 10 jobs were scheduled and 8 were finished and 2 were completed 50% I need it to show me the value of total value for the 8 plus 50% for the remaining two as dollars built
Note: sometimes jobs are started on a day but not finished till the next day
e.g Row 2027 on the Production Schedule sheet. Prod Ord 658353
    Planned Labour Time = 3840
    Built on 19/5/2017 – 680
    That’s 18% of the row value completed = $9546.336
    Now the complicated bit
What I need is a pivot report solution in which I can select a date from a slicer and it should show me how many dollars of row that were started add up too from the Daly Production Report
The pivot report should only add if the row category falls under the three categories
    Prodn Built
    Sub-Assemblies
    Testing/Cutting Only

I have tried to explain as good as I could
If you need any clarification, please let me know
    Thanks in advance

    Hi rahul_ferns76,

I think you could do this but you would need to do your calculations in the data worksheets first.

Your reference to Row 2027 doesn't seem to be correct so I couldn't go to see what you were referring to.

e.g Row 2027 on the Production Schedule sheet. Prod Ord 658353
Can you re explain an example for me?

    Thanks
