I would appreciate any suggestions on creating a chart for the following:
For a project, I receive Hours utilized and work completed. Both of these are a percentage where hours being a percentage of estimated vs actual hours. On a weekly basis, I receive these two figures from development and from QA for 4 different (related) tasks. I would like to show progress week on week for each task and for both QA and dev for each of the percentages.
Data table looks like this:

Updates always come in pairs so I always have two rows for each week.
Ideally, I would want a single chart for this. If needed I am to multiple; Open to suggestions.
