Need help on Growth chart

Friends,
I need to build a graph that shows sales growth from a given base line to a target, incrementally every year. For eg:

Baseline (Year 0): $50M
Year 1: -$3M [meaning we will degrow by 3 million to $47M]
Year 2: $5M (grow by $5M more from $47M to $52M]
Year 3: $4M
Year 4: $4M [Reached target of $60M]

The graph should look like:
first bar is for 50M and sets a baseline (draw a line)
second bar is shown as -3M - down from this baseline
third bar is shown as 5M from this etc..
until we reach the 60M target.
