I created a stacked chart with revenue on the vertical axis, week on the horizontal axis, and the each data stack are the % probability. I.E., There's $5M in revenue with a 50% probability of closing, and so on.
How do I change the legend to show 50%, instead of .50?

Click on the axis to select it. Then right click on it and select the format axis option. Then use NUMBER at the bottom of the menu.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
I tried that. I don't have that option.
The chart is linked to a pivot table. Is that my problem? I formatted the pivot table to %s, but it's not transferring over.

You are formatting the legend, not the axis.
I'm trying to format the Legend. Are you saying I format the Legend by formatting the axis?

That's not what I envisioned at all. In this case, try formatting the values in the source data itself.
