Multi-level Clustered Stacked Chart - Axis

Hi

I am trying to compare 2 years responses to questions in a stacked Cluster chart. I have managed to get the questions and the 2 rows (columns) into the chart but I cant seem to get the Year to show. I am trying to get the Multi-level category option in the Axis Format but is is just not showing.

Right click on the Data series (cluster) and select data label. Right click on the data label > Format Data Label > Label Options > Check Series or Category Name.

Use the Select Data dialog and modify the range used for Category data.

However using multi level category labels will cause the outer layer of text to be rotated. So the statements will be difficult to read.
As an alternative add another series an put it on the secondary axis. Then show year on the right hand side.
