PivotTable and Pivot Chart and Dashboard

My PivotTable and my PivotChart are showing in opposite order. I want the Chart to match the Table (Installation at top). I know that there is a simple way to correct this, but I can't remember. Please help.

Also I need a dashboard for these 3 PivotCharts. Please do the dashboard, add slicers for Location, Category and Condition. Please add a Word file with step-by-step easy-to-follow instructions. I will even pay, if I can figure out how to use that feature. Thank you!!!!!

In order to reverse the axis, please click on the axis, format axis and check the reverse order.

Coming to the dashboard and slicers:

    1. Cut and past all the charts in to the new sheet "Dashboard"
    2. Hide all the field buttons on the chart (optional)- for a better look.
    3. Select any of the chart in the dashboard, In the analyse tab, select the condition, location and category.
    4. Place it properly.
    5. Select any of the slicer and in the "Options" tab, click on the "Report Connections"- select all the pivot table.
    6. Do the above step for the other 2 slicers.
    7. Now all the charts are connected with the slicers.

Press Ctrl Button and select each chart. In the Format Tab, change the sizes: for e.g. Height 3" and Width 5".

    TO: Shareez Saleem

I found Categories in Reverse Order, but I hit something along the way. Now all my categories total 700K and the axis is at the top. I want the axis to go from zero to 100K to 700K, because it was too crowded. And I want the axis at the bottom, not the top.

I have attached a new screenshot, and a new data file (Dashboard02).

Please tell me what two things I did wrong, to change bars and to change axis. Thank you very much.

Click on the Axis > Format Axis > Axis Options > Change the minimum (to 0.0) > Change the Maximum (to 800000).

    TO: Saleem Shareez

In another tutorial video I saw a way to show all your charts on the screen at the same time. They used Ctrl+Page Down or Shift+Page Down, but it did not work for me. Which is correct?

I have two more questions and then I can close this thread. I posted a new screenshot (all bars at 700), and a new data file (Dashboard02). I want to know what I did wrong, and how to correct it. I want all bars in increments of 100K. Thanks.

Re: PivotTable and Pivot Chart and Dashboard

Please review the charts which i have sent you earlier. Right click on each area and see the selections made.

For a better look, change the axis as shown below- Axis option > Number > Custom > Format Code : #,##0,k > Add. Instead of 1000, it will show 1k, for 100000 it will show 100k and so on.

Time to sleep, its 1 am here...bye.
