Chart Not Centered or Extend Through Entire Box

I inputted dates to make a line chart with percentages. It listed the weekend, so I changed the dates to "text" so it would omit the weekend dates, which I didn't want in the chart. Problem I now have is that the chart doesn't fill the entire picture. The dates go to about halfway and the other half is blank. It to be centered and fill out the entire box is preferred. Any help? I attached the file for easy understanding.
