    Hi All i need help. i want to graphical representations on the data. Please help me what will be the best graphical representations and do for me

    You don't say what story you want your data to tell. How do you want the data to be read? What's the message?

    It sounds like your question is more about graphical representations in general and less about Excel. Part of the reason that there are so many different chart types (even more than are built into Excel) is because people have different things they want different charts to communicate. Since you have not expressed what you are trying to show or any other guidance about what kind of chart you want, it is difficult to give specific suggestions.

    My first thought with that table is to use a clustered column chart with rows 2 to 3 as the horizontal/category axis data and rows 4 to 26 as the legend series. If you are unfamiliar with the basic steps to create a chart in Excel, I would suggest some introductory tutorials like these:
