Powerpivot - Filtering in DAX Formulas

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem trying to get my DAX formula to work properly. I have a set of data on C02 emissions, greenhouse gas, and population (with some nulls), by year and country. I am trying to calculate Emissions per Capita, then segment them into 3 groups.

1) Low Emitters <= 0.005 kt
2) Medium Emitters >0.005, <0.015
3) High Emitters >= 0.015

but the middle segment isn't giving me the values I want. It'll show me all the values above 0.005 in the pivot table

It seems like it will use the first filter (>0.005) but ignore the second (<0.015).

Is there a solution to this?
